Tree has fallen and hanging on open reach lines

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8253325.

A tree has fallen down and is hanging on open reach lines. northern power grid have been out and so has open reach. the lines belong to open reach, but they have said the council needs to attend. west highyways officer informed.
