Racist graffiti- painted over but still very visible

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8251373.

Very grateful that the council has painted over the racist graffiti here, but unfortunately it was done in thin paint and all of the words are still visible. Needs redoing
