Speed humps needed

There's vehicles everyday driving at dangerous speeds up and down Melrose & Jubilee Terrace. It's a two way street with limited space due to parked cars, so it calls for low speeds to accommodate the space, yet vehicles pass sometimes exceeding 40mph. It's also important to keep in mind that it's a residential street and there's often children walking/playing outside, that can be easily missed due to high speed and cause a tragedy. I think speed humps are very needed in this street for the safety of the neighbours and visitors.
