Land being used by builder as illegal rubbish dump

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8246589.

This has been reported already. The land was cleared to some extent after the last complaint. However it is now worse than ever. The rubbish is piled high above the bushes. The dust is horrible.
