Rear fence subsiding

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8244225.

Overgrown Ivy and lack of maintenance making fence unstable and likely to fall into NYE Bevan gardens. I understand the fence is the property of the council. The gradual deterioration has been months but getting worse in last 3 weeks
