Overflowing dog poo bin by lay-by and entrance to Duke’s Wood - again!

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8238226.

The bin provided for dog-poo bags is completely over/flowing. Unhygienic, unsightly, unsafe as bin right next to childrens’s playground. Why does it always take an email for it to be emptied?
