Broken guardrail at bottom of steps

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8235842.

Guardrail is broken and rotted from bottom of steps up towards Cottier Grange estate, for approx 5-6 steps. There is a steep incline in places on the other side of the rail
