Dangerous footpath both uneven and slippy

This footpath is dangerous!!!! It is covered in thick moss which is slippy under foot, plus it is very uneven and broken up making it a tripping hazard. This has been reported previously but still awaiting some action as each winter it is just getting worse. In the icy weather it is a skating ring.
