Tree is significantly blocking natural light into their home. Been reported before but no site visit has taken place or communication setting out an expected timeframe for this to be addressed

Good afternoon, due to the pin location I am assuming this enquiry relates to number 17 White cross? If this is the correct location, then a site inspection was carried out on the 2nd of June 2025, no one was home at the time. I have had a telephone conversation with the resident after the inspection and explained that the lime tree and the Sycamore tree were down for some pruning work to be carried out. However this is a priority 3 which has no time framed attached due to lack of resources higher priorities take precedence. There is a lot of trees that need doing on Corebridge road which will normally be carried out in the winter months. It is likely these trees will be done at the same time.
