Royal mail Cars blocking road High stanners

Cars parking on the pavements at the top of Hollon Street and st marks street and along Challoners gardens are making residents many of them elderly walk in the road as wheelchairs etc can't get past. Most of the cars are from the royal mail delivery office and they should be using the Many free car parks in town. We witnessed an ambulance struggling to get past this car today. Reported to royal mail and they don't care, Definitely getting worse and someone will have an accident eventually. Please help
