A Fly-tipping problem has been found by Northumberland County Council a mattress has been dumped in the garden of number 7 Rimside View, the neighbours look after the garden of this property and spotted the mattress over the weekend, they are confident it has not come from the house, there is nobody living there at the moment and they are concerned that this could lead to further fly tipping.
