Human excrement

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8223130.

Unfortunately I couldn't find the relevant site dog fouling was the nearest!! Someone has fouled in what was the bus stop on the bottom of Links Avenue and it is definitely human excrement as they have left toilet paper too!!! This looks awful for all the children passing for school in the morning
