Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8222383.

Car has been parked here for a few months without moving, front drivers side tyre is flat and has been all the time, also fluid (possibly brake) has leaked over the path.

The grass cannot be mowed and it is starting to make the corner look messy
