Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8212552.

This bin has been lying around for months. It doesn't seem to belong to anyone. When it's pushed towards the flats away from the local business, it's being pushed back again. It's left filled with rubbish regularly although nobody claims to own it and is left around the bin store of the Community Enterprise Centre. It blows around the car park in the wind & will cause damage to cars. Please get it removed.
