Gable end of garage likely to collapse

This gable end has deteriorated over a number of years . On the photo noted Oct 2024 the wood beam running through it was stable. Now it has ‘buckled’ and is unlikely to maintain its load of bricks. Also there is a gaping crack around the perimeter of the gable end. It only needs a storm to bring the whole thing down and potentially harm pedestrians and passing cyclists and traffic.
