Pedestrian crossing not working from one side

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8186241.

It appears that the button on one side of the road for the pedestrian crossing is not working properly. This appears to have been an issue for 3-4 days now. The other side of the road (The County Hotel side) seems to be working fine
