3 weeks gone lady from same address i reported for house stuff and rubbish dumped chess freezer at top of church street where it meets dovecote street. she dragged it from her back door up the lane then another neighbour dragged it back down a bit. kids are climbing on it to get on wall at dovecote centre and causing disturbing at night. it’s becoming a regular dumping ground for her rubbish and its unsightly and attracts rats what has been spotted in lane and on walls.
