Trees too big

I reported this problem months ago and was assured by telephone someone would contact me and they have not . The trees are getting out of control . I have no sunlight in my house and if these get any bigger I will have problems with my solar panels . The birds also keep flying into my upstairs windows as they see the reflection of the trees which is cruel to say the least.
