Encouraging of pests by throwing bread into street

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8176008.

Someone is throwing bread and other discarded bakery items on the grass by the new inpost locker. This is encouraging pests and vermin to swarm into one area to feed. I think this has happened before but it stopped for a while but now started back up again. Probably best to nip this in the bud before birds learn where to go again.
