Racist slogan on flag displayed on lamppost

Racist 'Stop the Boats' slogan on flag at junction of roundabout. The flags are irritating, but this is too much, and clearly shows this is a racist campaign. At the very least this particular flag needs to be removed as a matter of urgency.
