Street light not working

This is my 3rd report the street lights near the basket ball court at 7 oaks have been off for two weeks now my daughter has to walk down there after 11 pm this is pitch black she feels unsafe I was walking down the other night after work and two motorbike came up with no lights on i was nearly run over how long will this problem go on
