Abandoned cars from Riverside car park moved around the corner

The cars and truck with fake plates that was abandoned in the Riverside pub car park have been moved around the corner to the top of Hollon Street. They have no tax or MOT and some are in daily use. Moved around during the day left at night and weekend, rubbish everywhere falling off them
