Grass seed thrown on

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8161737.

Months ago the developer dug up for a pipe outside spring ville. We were told a landscape Gardner would come and put it back to the way it was. For 50years it has had flowers in the borders. They have eventually took the weeds out but now they have thrown grass seed into the borders. We were promised it to be put back the way it was with flowers.
