Crashed cars dumped on the paths and verges making access impossible for elderly residents

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 11:28, Saturday 13 September 2025

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8159926.

Numerous crashed damaged cars are being dumped or stored on the paths and verges at the top of Hollon Street High stanners Morpeth, the junction with Challoners gardens beside the substation. The residents of number 32 Hollon Street are running an illegal car repair business from the property and are regularly driving about in untaxed and uninsured cars. Various cars are on fake plates, used to be parked in the Riverside car park also. Elderly residents are having to walk on the road on a blind corner to avoid them. Very dangerous.
