Poor Condition of steps

Steps are deteriorating, all steps are worn creating a slope and not steps. Slippy in dry conditions. Wet weather turns steps to mud and makes it very very slippy and dangerous. Recent replacement of new fence by neighbouring house has worsened this significantly as a lot of the soil has been displaced onto the footpath steps. This makes most of the steps unusable as it has turned into a slope
