Dog fouling

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8151443.

The residents of Number 5 Challoners Gardens, Morpeth, regularly let their dog mess on the grass and paths without clearing it up. They have been doing this all year round now. It's a lovely little dog of the Jack Russell type, tan and white colouring.
