Fly tipping again behind my house.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8144186.

In the alleyway behind my house there has been a further incident of fly tipping with what looks like general waste, garden items and flag stones. This is a dead end cut used for access to the gardens behind my property which suggests by the nature of items its one of the houses behind yet again dumping their rubbish. This will end up in a serious rat problem .
