Overgrown forest tree close to properties

Last two reports have been closed without action. There is an overgrown forest tree close to 78 & 80 Alexandra Way. The roots are causing issues with both driveways and the footpath accessing 80. I have a chronic illness and I am often very unsteady on my feet. The water supply pipe also runs through the tree roots. My neighbour and have problems with tree sap when parking on the driveways which can lead to excessive numbers of wasps on vehicles and difficulty gaining access.
