Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8124562.

Red corsa parked fully on a public footpath. Hasn't moved in over a week . Why does the council despite 2 submitted reports allow this and nothing appears to have been done. Watched school children having to dismount onto the road to bypass the car. A lady with a small child on a bike having to encourage her child to ride on the road. If any cars are approaching from the bend there's a risk of accident. If nothing is done then is it safe to assume we can all park fully on public footpaths and not receive any penalty.
