Rotting tree stump

Reported via mobile in the Trees in housing estates category anonymously at 13:35, Fri 5 September 2025

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8124505.

A rotting tree stump which was never removed is breaking up & is dangerous & messy, local kids jumping on it & kicking it all over the grass . Other stumps near by were cut to ground level but strangely this one was not.
