Obstruction in drain

Seems too be cement in drain causing blockage flooding to roads, this is all the way from about 19 Alexander road to 31 Alexander road with this flooding is causing damage to my property at 31 Alexander road, if this matter is not sorted, I will take it up with ian lavery MP.
