A Other problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8118738.

Residents in the area are leaving bin bags every week in this car park on bin day, bin crew have not been taking the bags and the birds are destroying the bags to get into them worried going to get rats. please can they be removed and maybe a letter sent to all residents in brentwood close and the bungalows behind to advise they should not be doing this.
