Black thorn hedge at road edge

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8117792.

The hedge at the location shown obscures the view to the right (West) when exiting the field. This access is required to St Oswald’s Church Heavenfield. The hedge is also obscuring the view of the large wooden cross. The Trustees of the Church are in a position to trim the hedge but need to know whether the Council’s consent is required for this action.
