Water still pooling on road surface

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8114365.

The works done by the council earlier in the year have not alleviated the issue with water collecting just past the quarry entrance. The gullies opposite the quarry entrance seem to be blocked as water is running down the roadside and then across the carriageway. In addition, there is significant water draining off the quarry entrance splay and down the road which isn't helping the situation.
