Parking prohibited 3-4pm by single yellow lines on both sides of the road. These pictures taken 3.10pm. School buses unable to access school bus park due to parking. Gridlock when cars try to leave school car park. Cars obstructing pavements used by pupils leaving school (1500 pupils). Engines running.
