Feeding pigeons

Still feeding feral pigeons after being told to stop 4 years ago. Some neighbours have to stay away from certain animals due to health reasons ( transplant). This can have a catastrophic affect on their health. Tell them to STOP feeding them. We already have a few pigeons that have passed away around this area, do we need more to pass away. Address concerns 77 Beaumont Street Blyth
