We are new owners Barton house cottage ne66 4rs. We have tried to reason with owners property Barton house regarding exit and fallen tree stumps. On exit to a697 we have had 3 near misses with north bound traffic due to speed and blocked view of carriageway. Hedges and trees need urgent attention. I have tried but as reg disabled limited. There is also a dangerously hanging tree stumps on tree hanging ready to fall of which 3 weeks I reported to owners no response. This is a dangerous scenario and will lead to a major traffic accident if not addressed. We have no legal right to resolve it we would.
