Blocking light into garden

These trees were reported in May 2025 as a nuisance blocking light into 187 and 189 Newsham Road rear gardens. The owner of 189,requested that I resubmit the request to get them pollarded as they were missed last year and he has had to wait another year for any action to be taken.
