Wheelie bins full.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8097281.

The two wheelie bins in this location are full. This is a regular occurrence. Additional bins are needed here - there used to be more. This is more of a problem now the 4 wheelie bins have been taken away from the roadside next to the boathouse.
