Extremely long crack along Ferny bank road

The issue is the standard of road construction and a huge crack running the length of it, probably 100m long.

I believe the water runs off the road and not into the drains but straight onto our land as the kerbs are inadequate. It probably goes down through the crack now and is making the road fall away
