A Fly-tipping problem has been found by resident of Millfield. On the path that leads from both Millfield South and East to Spring Bank, down the side of the flats there are numerous glass jars and bottles been fly tipped blocking the path, there is also a large double mattress that has been dumped, lying on the path. This is regularly used by dog walkers and is in need of cleaning up asap please. Thank you
