Vehicles parking on pavement and double yellow lines

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8063462.

House is currently being renovated and contractor vans (usually2) are always parked on the pavement and double yellow lines outside. This is causing issues for residents and in particular those pushing buggies or using mobility scooters as we then have to either travel on the road or cross over. It is also seriously narrowing the already restricted road width up Eastgate. Traffic enforcement officers are not dealing with this despite being quite heavy handed elsewhere in the town.
