Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8057912.

Transit van that hasn't moved for months!! It's damaged, run down, no tax, unroadworthy, leaking oil, parked on public footpath and full of rubbish! Issue has been going on for months and council are not doing anything about this issue!!!
