A Blocked - Flooding of Private Property problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8044490.

This is not the gully that needs cleared it is opposite side of the road and does not show on map. Has been previously reported and message received today to say works are completed. Mr has said he has had a look today and the gully has not been cleared. There is a brick entrance to a private road. The gully is in the layby before the private road.Can we please contact prior to visit so that caller can show us exactly where it is

  • The drain is constantly blocking. When reported, the council workers unblock the wrong drain even though this has been mentioned and the position of the drain explained in detail.

  • I have reported this blocked drain three times now and is still not emptied. I have arranged for a private company to come and empty the drain on Wednesday 15th October.

    This has now been reported five times. I am told it is not priority? The storm drain needs jetted it is blocked. I had the drain emptied myself but it couldn’t be jetted. The rain water is running down the drive which serves three other properties, and is flooding at the bottom of the drive.
