Littering every week from 38 Lynn Street

Bins put out every week with lids up, black bags put outside back of 38 Lynn Street. Bags split open and contents strewn across road. Cars driving through it. Absolutely stinks which is stopping us opening our windows. Believe this is a council rented property... occupants need to be stopped as getting fed up of trying to keep our back clean.

  • Large blue bin and smaller blue bin have been left out for over 5 weeks now with general waste and bags put in both bins with lids up.
