A Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging problem has been found by member of public. TC received regarding an extremely overgrown hedge in the front garden of number 12 priestlands crescent that is encroaching dramatically on the footpath, causing an obstruction and meaning foot passengers are having to go up the opposite grass verge in order to pass. Please can this be looked into. Thank you
