Overgrown hedge from Nye Bevan House encroaching on 3 Brinkburn Avenue & neighbours fences. Hedge used to be maintained twice a year & hasn't been cut back. Please could it be cut back as causing issues for residents. Thanks

Please can you arrange for the hedge to be cut asap as my elderley parents are in their 90s and it is causing them stress and work in their garden. Many thanks
