Candles burning lights tied around the barrier and balloons

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8005299.

Someone died here and it's now a mess with dead flowers, wooden structures been built, candles left alight on the grass, lights tied around the safety barriers, cans scattered everywhere, rubbish left , chars to sit on blocking the path. It's now become an anti social area where kids are stopping and littering. There will be a fire with all the naked candles lit near grass and hedges.
