Trees have overgrown and are blocking sunlight to our garden and will damage fence

The tree continues to be an obstruction to light in my garden and branches are hanging right over the fence. If this is not cut back soon, my fence will be damaged and the plants and trees in my garden are being affected by lack of light from above

The tree continues, let's hope tge storm doesn't break it and take my fence with it. Ive been informed by neighbours, this was meant to be kept at a maximum height of 6ft
