Fly tipping in garden

Someone has dumped a load of rubbish out of their garden into the garden at 214 Sycamore Street Ashington NE63 0QA and they have taken the gate off as well to put on their gate so now the kids in the street are running in and out the garden amongst all the rubbish. I have reported it to Advance Northumberland 2 weeks ago as they own the house and it is currently empty but they haven’t been out to remove it
